How to Install The Logical Preset Pack

Step 1: Download & Extract

Download the logical preset pack and extract the ZIP file if required.

Step 2: Locate the Preset Files

Inside the pack, you'll find the Logic Pro X preset files (.cst).

Step 3: Open the Channel Strip Settings Folder

  1. Open Finder
  2. Click Go in the top menu bar
  3. Select Home
  4. Open the Music folder
  5. Open Audio Music Apps
  6. Open Channel Strip Settings

Folder Path:
Music → Audio Music Apps → Channel Strip Settings

Step 4: Install the Presets

Drag and drop all of the included .cst files into the Channel Strip Settings folder.

(Optional) You can create your own folder inside Channel Strip Settings (for example: "The Logical Pack") to keep everything organized.

Step 5: Open Logic Pro X

Launch Logic Pro X and create or open a project.

Step 6: Load a Preset

  1. Select the vocal track you want to use.
  2. Open the Library by pressing Y on your keyboard (or click the Library button in the top-left corner).
  3. In the Library, click User Channel Strip Settings.
  4. Open The Logical Pack folder.
  5. Select any preset to instantly load the vocal chain onto your track.

You're Ready to Go!

Your vocal chain will now be loaded with all plugins and settings automatically applied.
